Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your e-mail box accounts and e-newsletters. With this intuitive interface, you can create a new mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. Plus, you can redirect emails from one e-mail account to another, configure email filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming mail messages on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and select the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just specify the e-mail account you wish to forward email messages from, then specify the destination email mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you want to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
